Digital Strategy Manager
Vannessa has more than 10 years of experience in customer-centric digital marketing. She has a polyhedral profile thanks to her education in economics, sociology and marketing as well as her practice in different branches and sectors of digital business. She is an innate observer, curious and connects the dots quickly.
Starting with the problem comprehension and understanding the business’ expectations, she bases her consulting work in the consumer analysis through their digital behaviour and etnography. She complements it with digital ecosystem audits and a benchmark with the competitions and market referents.
She applies these insights in designing strategic plans and digital products & services, preferably in dynamic, visual thinking workshops involving all stakeholder parties.
She helped start-ups, SMEs and global corporations like Nestlé, La Nevera Roja, Desigual, Mutua Madrileña, Banco Sabadell, 20minutos.es, Iberostar, Merck or Iberdrola to grow their businesses.
Her favorite tea is green tea with mint 🙂
