One year has passed since we started a project called TeaCup Lab and we wish to thank all our clients, partners and friends that have been with us during an intense and successful 2017.
We started TeaCup Lab with the intention of creating something different: a user research experts’ studio focused on quality and on a personalized attention to all our clients and projects.
We are aware of the importance of providing the best quality throughout all the phases of the research process. From choosing the best suited techniques to providing actionable results that lead to real improvements in our customers’ products.
All of this is possible thanks to a team of user research experts with a portfolio of studies for the most important Spanish and global companies like Google, Amazon, eBay, PayPal, Avis, Hotels.com, Banco Santander, MAPFRE or Bupa.
We believe that what we do is not just a product and we are delighted to see many customers that feel the same and trust in us.
During 2017 we went beyond every expectation and during 2018 our goal is to keep growing and helping to create great user experiences.
